At Jade’s Essence, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our candles and wellness products. Each item is carefully handcrafted to ensure that you receive only the best. Our goal is to make sure every purchase brings joy, warmth, and satisfaction to your space.

In the rare event that something goes wrong, we’re here to help! While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Products Eligible for Exchange

We accept exchange requests for the following:

  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives broken or harmed during transit.

  • Defective Products: If the product is faulty or not functioning as intended.

  • Incorrect Products: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

2. Exchange Requirements

To ensure a smooth and quick resolution, please follow these steps:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  • Provide proof of issue with an unboxing video and clear photos showing the problem (damage, defect, or wrong item).

  • Please raise your exchange request within 2–3 days of receiving the product.

3. Exchange Delivery Timeline

Once your exchange request is approved and we receive the returned item, your replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

To initiate an exchange:

  2. Include your order number, photos, and unboxing video.

  3. Once verified, our team will arrange for the exchange and ship your replacement promptly.

5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Certain products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or Custom Products (e.g., engraved or made-to-order candles)

  • Final Sale Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
