What are your candles made of?
Our scented candles are crafted with 100% soy wax, handmade jute fiber wicks, and IFRA-certified fragrances and essential oils. They are toxin-free, eco-friendly, and biodegradable, ensuring a clean and sustainable burn.
Are your candles safe to use?
Yes, our candles are safe to use. We ensure our ingredients are free from toxins and harmful chemicals. Always follow safety instructions on the packaging while using candles.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely! Our candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle. Our standard candles last between 25–50 hours, depending on usage and care.
How should I care for my candle for the best experience?
Before lighting your candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch to ensure a clean and even burn. During the first burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface to prevent tunneling. Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always place it on a heat-resistant surface and keep it away from drafts for safety and optimal performance.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we provide premium gift packaging options for all our candles. You can also include a personalized note at checkout.
How do I place an order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

Do you ship internationally?

What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the damage. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

When burned correctly (trimmed wick, away from drafts), our soy candles produce minimal soot compared to paraffin candles.

How do I store my candles?
